OSMO
OSMO is a commercial development within Nine Elms Park and enjoys a prominent south facing setting looking over this new green space. The scheme provides 140,000m2 of office space over 12 floors, with accessible external landscape terraces located from the 1st-12th floor and public realm landscape at the ground level to the merge with the park character. The roof terrace at level 12 extends around the entire building, providing a multi aspect outlook with views towards Battersea Power Station, the River Thames and extensive areas of the new Linear Park. The brief was to create a landscape scheme that catered for the anticipated use of this commercial scheme, providing multi-purpose space, outdoor working areas and maximising the value of the park setting.
