Bloom Nine Elms

Greystar / Telford Homes are developing Plots B and D of Nine Elms Park, creating 894 Build to Rent apartments with active ground floor uses, such as retail, F&B and community use. The buildings are located on Nine Elms Lane, forming an entrance avenue through to Nine Elms Linear Park and framing two sides of the central park basin. In addition to private outdoor space and a public park setting, the proposals focus on a high specification, positively managed communal realm for residents. There are four key types of roof garden. Podium gardens (L1) offer very green playable space. The horticultural gardens with glasshouses (L10) allow growing of fruit and veg all year round. The large pool terraces (L10/11) have BBQs and poolside relaxing areas. The sky terraces (L17) have bars, cinemas, restaurant kitchens and fire pits with views over the Thames and up to Westminster.
